OverviewWelcome to Punthill Caroline Springs. Located right on the lakeside and with the convenience of nearby shops, cafes and restaurants, Punthill Caroline Springs offers excellent apartment hotel accommodation just half an hour's drive west of Melbourne CBD.

- Direct access to the Hotel Manager
- Oversee the front office including complaint escalation and problem-solving, team management and training, rostering & timesheet approvals
- Ensure the front office provides a high level of guest services at check-in, check-out, and during stay, leading by example and setting the standards for the hotel
- Create new ways to leave guests with a lasting memorable experience by thoughtfully tailoring the guest journey
- Identify new sales leads and encourage the team to contribute to the hotel\u2019s commercial success
- Manage emergency situations in a safe and professional manner
- Build strong and authentic relationships with teammates and guests
- Provide support and assistance to the Hotel Manager in higher-level hotel management and admin tasks, embracing opportunities to grow professionally
