Overview

Join National 360's Adelaide team as a Graduate Occupational Therapist and launch your Occupational Therapy career with one of Australia's leading Allied Health Graduate Programs, designed to support, mentor, and guide you as you take the first steps in your profession.

360 GO is National 360's 12-month Graduate Experience. Available across NSW, QLD, VIC, WA, TAS and SA, 360 GO equips you with the skills and support needed to become a capable and confident Occupational Therapist. Recognised by the Allied Health Awards as the industry's leading graduate program, 360 GO provides exposure to key areas of practice with a Graduate Passport to track your journey. It comprises four key phases.

  • Simulated Practice: Simulated Practice sessions provide a safe and controlled environment to practice your therapeutic skills and prepare for the first client session.
  • Experiential Discovery: A dynamic, hands-on approach that immerses you in real-life situations to connect new information with existing knowledge.
  • Theoretical Learning: Immersive workshops facilitated by subject matter experts to strengthen your clinical foundations.
  • Individualised Development: A custom program designed with you to progress your career path, including specialisation or a diverse caseload.
What you'll do

Role: In this rewarding role, you'll lead the delivery of high-quality, community-based care with support and oversight from your Clinical Supervisor and Team Leader. A typical day may involve:

  • Supporting clients in the community, in their home, in one of our clinic spaces or via telehealth.
  • Meeting with your Clinical Supervisor for 1:1 or group supervision.
  • Preparing for appointments, writing reports, and completing case notes.
  • Spending time with your colleagues, attending team meetings or checking in with your Team Leader.
  • Completing the Graduate Curriculum on our online LMS.
  • Collaborating with your multidisciplinary team of Occupational Therapists, Speech Pathologists, Physiotherapists, Early Childhood Practitioners and Positive Behaviour Support Therapists, all dedicated to making a real impact.

About You

You thrive in a supportive, team-driven environment where collaboration and connection matter, and you're ready to deliver meaningful support to clients in the community. You might have a special interest in paediatrics or mental health or have a preference for a generalist caseload. You're organised, a good communicator, and genuinely care about helping people reach their goals. If you meet the following criteria, we would love to hear from you

  • You hold a relevant tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy and hold or have applied for AHPRA registration.
  • You have an interest in community healthcare.
  • You have access to your own vehicle and hold a current driver's licence.
  • You have or are willing to obtain a NDIS Worker Check and Working with Children Check.
