We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Product Support Specialist to join our Melbourne-based team, covering the Australian Eastern Timezone. As part of our global team, you will play a critical role in supporting all customers in their use of Culture Amp and delivering a personalised, Culture First experience.
Your Key Responsibilities:- Serve as the first point of contact for customers worldwide through our support channels (video conference, chat, email)
- Answer customer inquiries related to the Culture Amp platform, escalating when necessary
- Educate and empower customers to be better Culture Amp users and People Geeks
- Provide internal support to departments and help them succeed, including responding to questions in Slack or joining virtual meetings
- Ensure secure handling of customer data and manage access requests from other team members
- Act as a customer advocate, providing feedback to improve the platform and solve customer challenges
- You enjoy interacting with people and building relationships with customers
- You can empathise with customers and communicate technical issues in simple terms
- You know how to ask open-ended questions to understand an issue and are naturally curious
- You have experience working on a globally distributed team supporting a SaaS product or similar customer-facing role
- You are familiar with help desk systems (Intercom, Zendesk, Freshdesk, Help Scout) and have a technical understanding of Email, Single Sign-On, and SFTP
