We are seeking a highly skilled Product Support Specialist to provide exceptional client service and support within our Wealth Management team. This role offers the chance to join a diverse, global team based in Australia, collaborating with high-performing colleagues.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for handling client enquiries from initial contact through to resolution, ensuring timely outcomes and client satisfaction. They will capture sufficient information from client enquiries to investigate or escalate issues, prioritise issues effectively, and conduct thorough investigations and analysis of issues.

  2. Prioritise issues effectively, understanding their urgency.
  3. Conduct thorough investigations and analysis of issues.
  4. Evaluate each situation and make sound decisions.
  5. Maintain professional and empathetic communication, ensuring commitments to clients are met.
  6. Assist clients in achieving their goals through product training.
  7. Develop a good understanding of GBST's product suite and how these integrate with client processes.

Requirements
  • A strong customer service background.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.

  • Tertiary qualifications in accounting, investments, or IT disciplines would be beneficial.
