What you will do

We are seeking a Workshop Support Coordinator (internally known as Facilities Maintenance Coordinator) to join our Volvo Commercial Vehicles (VCV) team in Blacktown. In this role, you\'ll play a key part in ensuring the smooth operation of our warranty parts process while supporting the wider workshop team with cleanliness, equipment upkeep, and general warehousing support.

This hands-on support role is ideal for someone who wants to stay active in a workshop environment, applying their mechanical knowledge in a lighter, support-focused position. You\'ll be helping with warranty parts, maintaining a clean and safe workspace, and assisting with general workshop and yard duties—all without the demands of full-time mechanical work.
