Role: 4 day work week full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Specialist located in our store and warehouse in Berrimah, Darwin NT.

Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Specialist you will be responsible for providing excellent customer support and service, ensuring customer satisfaction, and enhancing the overall customer experience. You will support the team in creating shop displays, handling customer orders, and inventory management. Daily tasks include addressing customer needs, maintaining accurate records, and collaborating with others to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications
  • Customer Support and Customer Service skills
  • Customer Satisfaction and Customer Experience skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to work well in a team environment
  • Experience with office management software is a plus
  • Previous experience in a customer service role in a post office or office supplies store preferred
  • Cash handling experience essential
