Commercial Solutions and Insights Manager

We're looking for a Commercial Solutions & Insights Manager to join the Rare Creative team at Medium Rare Content Agency on a **contract until October 2025** . You'll play a key role in driving revenue growth and shaping the commercial media strategies across our diverse portfolio, including partnerships with Qantas, David Jones, and our publisher brands. Your expertise will help turn creative ideas into winning business outcomes while building strong relationships with sales teams and key advertisers.

**Responsibilities**

+ Develop strategic media solutions that align with sales briefs, sponsorships, and proactive campaigns

+ Lead commercial strategy and joint business planning for key accounts, focusing on profitability and growth

+ Create compelling pitch decks and provide data-driven insights to support sales efforts

+ Collaborate closely with content teams to ensure campaigns meet client goals and budget expectations

+ Oversee post-campaign analysis, delivering actionable insights to unlock renewal budgets and drive partnerships forward

+ Stay ahead of market trends and identify new commercial opportunities for our media brands and clients

**Who are you?**

+ A strategic thinker with deep knowledge of media sales, trading, and commercial strategy

+ Experienced in building and growing key account relationships through joint planning and collaboration

+ Skilled at crafting persuasive pitches backed by data and market insights

+ A natural communicator who can engage both internal teams and external clients with professionalism and clarity

+ Detail-oriented and organised, able to manage multiple projects efficiently and meet deadlines
