About the Role

As a senior data analyst, you will play a crucial role in driving business performance through the delivery of high-quality data solutions.


Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with senior BI developers to design and implement end-to-end data projects and reports using SQL and Power BI.
  • Provide support for existing BI reports and data models, ensuring they are up-to-date and meet business needs.
  • Assist with ad hoc data requests and stakeholder engagement, translating business needs into actionable insights.
  • Maintain documentation and develop solutions using reproducible and maintainable approaches, promoting data integrity and quality.
  • Support report adoption by delivering user training and proactively identifying challenges and opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support data governance, process improvements, and strategic decision-making.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Commerce, Economics, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in analytics, working with customer and commercial data to generate actionable insights and measurable impact.
  • Experience developing advanced Power BI reports and SQL scripts, with a strong focus on data visualization and storytelling.
  • Strong commercial acumen, business judgment, and experience with commercial storytelling.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with senior stakeholders and team members.
  • Highly analytical mindset and strong attention to detail, with a passion for data-driven decision-making.
  • Experience with Microsoft Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), with a strong proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools.
