Location: NSW/QLD | Permanent, full-time

The opportunity is to lead and inspire the NSW & QLD Field Team across aged care, hospitals, paediatric and community channels to drive the success of our healthcare nutrition brands. This dynamic role suits someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment and has a passion for coaching and developing a high-performing team.

Responsibilities
  • Develop highly effective sales planning activities for our Medical Nutrition channels across the region
  • Lead, develop, and grow your team
  • Provide regular reporting and analysis on performance metrics
  • Lead negotiation and management of contracts and tenders
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external and internal stakeholders
  • Balance responsibilities with approximately 60% field-based work
What Will Make You Successful
  • A proven track record of success in leading a team and achieving commercial outcomes in the aged care, hospital, or paediatric channel
  • Strong leadership, strategic ability, and commercial acumen with excellent planning and organisational skills
  • Experience in coaching and development of your team with strong analytical skills and the ability to influence
  • Drive for results
  • A tertiary qualification in Science, Dietetics, Pharmacy, Allied Health, or a business-related discipline preferred
  • Unrestricted AU driver's licence and access to own vehicle
