  Job Description
  • Oversee the full lifecycle of remedial and civil projects
  • Manage subcontractors, site activities, and day-to-day project execution
  • Interpret drawings and ensure accurate on-site implementation
  • Monitor QA, safety, and compliance with client specifications
  • Work closely with clients, consultants, and stakeholders
  • Assist with project scheduling, budgeting, and cost control
  • Provide technical input and problem-solving on-site
  • Report to the Project Manager and support junior staff as needed
    
    
  The Successful Applicant
  
  A Successful Senior Project Engineer Should Have
  • 5+ years of engineering experience in civil or remedial projects
  • Strong background in either concrete works or blast & paint
  • Proven ability to manage projects from start to finish
  • Comfortable working in lean teams and taking ownership
  • Solid communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Knowledge of safety and environmental compliance standards
  • Full working rights in Australia
  • A proactive, practical mindset and strong leadership potential
