**About the Role**
The Partner for Corporate Insurance and Risk Support, will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of BOQs Corporate Insurance Program and providing support to the Group's Shared Services functions from the perspective of governance, frameworks and risk oversight that underpin how we manage Non-Financial risk across BOQ.

Reporting to our Head of Shared Services Risk, this role will have a strong focus on developing a strategic end-to-end approach for Corporate Insurance, delivering maturing processes and capabilities across insurance and ensuring our support functions have effective governance of their risk requirements.

As a leader you will be responsible for building strategic partnerships both internally and externally, working closely with our insurance broker and external insurers. You will be ready to hit the ground running to autonomously shape and deliver plans that support our strategy, coach and lead by example, and drive accountability through effective governance and reporting.

You are a highly commercially astute individual with effective influencing and negotiation skills and the proven ability to achieve outcomes
