Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior IFS Cloud Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IFS Cloud Service Management solution, including PSO, Mobile, and cloud Integrations. This role involves working closely with various teams to design and implement the solution knowing IFS Cloud product features and capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test, tune, and implement IFS cloud application.
• Handle deployment, integration, and data migration activities on IFS Cloud solutions.
• Manage incidents escalated from L2 support, ensuring timely resolution and minimal disruption to services.
• Perform enhancements and bug fixes as part of the support scope. Analyze customizations done by existing vendors and ensure they align with the overall system architecture.

Technical Qualifications:

• Expertise with IFS Cloud Service Management solution, including PSO, Mobile, and Integrations.
• Excellent experience with REST, SOAP-based services, and SQL server procedures, scripts, views, and functions.
• Strong understanding of SOA principles and design patterns.
• Proven track record of implementing distributed systems with legacy and modern technical tools.
• Experience with deployment change management and CI/CD tool chains.

Skills and Knowledge:

• Ability to gather and understand product and business requirements and apply them to a technical design within the IFS platform.
• Strong critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, both technical and non-technical.
• Motivated and driven by helping business and product partners achieve long-term business outcomes.
• Expertise with sprint and release planning and managing change through various environments within the SDLC (Dev, UAT, QA, Perf, etc.).
