Job DescriptionWe are looking for a hungry, focused, and resilient sales professional with excellent collaboration and sales execution skills to grow our business across the market unit.
The Account Executive will target strategic accounts, building pipelines, creating, and closing opportunities. Using a consultative, value-based selling approach, you will promote IFS's award-winning products and leverage our broader portfolio to deliver value to customers. You will utilize your industry knowledge and enterprise software sales expertise to identify and qualify deals within our existing customer base.
The role is within a high-growth, transformational organization that is challenging industry standards and disrupting the global enterprise software space.
Our go-to-market strategy focuses on geographical and industry verticals within a matrixed sales organization.
Responsibilities
- Strong sales execution and ongoing skill sharpening
- Develop and execute the Go-To-Market Strategy for designated industries
- Maintain and execute the Territory Plan for your vertical
- Prepare and manage Account Plans, including deal action cards, evaluation plans, and power maps
- Manage the entire sales process from demand generation to closing, including RFI/RFP processes and building business cases
- Collaborate with partners to penetrate accounts, create joint sales strategies, and accelerate deal cycles
- Own and deliver on annual sales targets and quarterly budgets
- Build a robust pipeline with activities achieving 4x pipeline coverage
- Coordinate with sales leadership and global teams for collaboration
- Maintain CRM and account hygiene, along with accurate forecasting and reporting
Qualifications
- Proven enterprise software sales experience within assigned geographies and industries, meeting quotas
- Entrepreneurial mindset, curiosity, and resilience
- Knowledge of CRM systems and commitment to data accuracy
- Understanding of sales processes, cadence, forecasting, and reporting
- Consistent track record of quota achievement
- Strong communication skills in English and relevant local languages
- Ability to work within a matrix organization, building relationships and support networks
