Responsibilities and role

As a Goodstart Educator, you'll become a vital part of our team, working alongside Senior Educators and our Educational Leader to craft and enhance exceptional learning programs for our children. Your dedication to safety and inclusivity will ensure every child thrives and feels valued in their learning experiences.

About Goodstart Broadmeadow
  • Key Educator Approach: Educators build strong, secure attachments by working closely with a small group of children, promoting consistent relationships and supporting individual development. This 50-place centre is rated as Exceeding National Quality Standards.
  • Safe and Supportive Environment: Goodstart Early Learning Broadmeadow offers a secure setting with strong community links, including easy access to shops and public transport.
  • Individualized Curriculum: The centre follows the Early Years Learning Framework and uses platforms like Storypark to tailor programs to each child's needs, interests, and strengths.

You'll need
  • Cert III / Diploma Certificate in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
  • Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
  • Current NSW Working with Children Check
