About the Role

As a Logic Portfolio Administrator, you'll play a key role in supporting our daily operations. You'll be responsible for:

  • Reconciliation of all cash products (cash, dividends domestic and international, term deposits)
  • Reconciliation of stock entitlements (rights, accelerated events, takeover offers, scheme of arrangements, stock splits, domestic and international)
  • Co-ordinating, proritising and responding to internal queries via Zendesk
  • Supporting day-to-day operations with account maintenance and fee processing
  • Generating investment reports and invoices (quarterly and financial year)
  • Distributing reports to clients, advisers, and accountants

You'll be supported by a collaborative team and senior mentors who will guide your development and help you build a strong foundation in financial services.

What We're Looking For

We're seeking someone who is:

  • A recent graduate or early-career professional (Finance, Business, Economics or related field preferred)
  • Eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
  • A strong communicator with great attention to detail
  • A team player with a proactive, can-do attitude
  • A professional who is adept to managing competing demands

Bonus points if you have exposure to financial platforms like CHESS, Iress, or XPLAN – but don't worry if you don't. We'll provide training and support to help you succeed.
