Description

Here at Amazon, we are currently seeking experienced Sort Center Shift Managers to join our team at Kemps Creek Sort Center.

This role involves driving engagement and operational excellence in our Sort Center. You will manage and inspire a team, think strategically, and thrive in a fast-paced, data-driven environment. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.

Please note: the shift pattern is 4 days on, 3 days off.

Key job responsibilities
  • Leading and developing a team of Amazon associates
  • Maintaining health and safety standards and promoting a safety culture
  • Overseeing sortation operations, supporting staffing and scheduling
  • Developing and implementing process improvements
  • Contributing to cross-functional projects
Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university
  • Experience in Operations, Supply Chain/Logistics, or related field
  • Management experience with sizable teams, strong motivational skills
  • Problem-solving and analytical skills, ability to perform deep analysis
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience with performance metrics and process improvement
  • Flexible schedule, including weekends, days, and nights
  • Authorized to work in Australia without sponsorship

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
