We are now looking to onboard a senior construction lawyer to work with various clients across Australia.

Responsibilities:

  • Experience advising on construction and infrastructure matters as well as drafting and negotiating a broad range of commercial agreements.
  • Supporting in-house counsel with development and acquisition agreements on behalf of large, multi-regional developers.
  • Providing legal advice on capital projects and a broad range of related matters to support clients, including advising on procurement/tender, risks and liabilities.

What we're looking for:

  • 5+ PQE, preferably in-house within the construction & infrastructure industry.
  • Experience and expertise in construction and/or infrastructure projects, including demonstrable experience of advising clients across the lifecycle from procurement, D&C to operations of major building or infrastructure projects.
  • Desire to provide excellent client service and an ability to build strong working relationships with stakeholders.
  • Must have full Australian working rights and be eligible to practice in Australia.
