About the firm
Our client is a full service law firm with a strong presence across every state. The Melbourne Construction practice advises on complex, high-value matters in both public and private sectors. They are known for being commercial, collaborative, and for delivering exceptional outcomes on nationally significant projects.
What you'll be doing
You'll lead on major construction and infrastructure contracts, working with government, developers, and financiers. Matters span construction contracts, procurement, and disputes.
- Draft & negotiate EPC, PPP & alliance agreements
- Advise on procurement, risk, & project delivery strategies
- Manage high-value disputes & arbitration matters
- Mentor junior lawyers & contribute to team growth
What you'll bring
- Qualified lawyer with 5+ years post admission experience in construction law
- Strong contract drafting & negotiation skills
- Experience with large-scale projects & PPPs
- Commercial acumen & leadership qualities
