The Role

They are looking for a Digital Account Strategist to join this award-winning team and take ownership of client relationships across SEO, Paid Social, Paid Search, and email marketing campaigns. You'll be the strategic bridge between brilliant ideas and exceptional execution, managing accounts that span everything from emerging e-commerce brands to established B2B players.

This isn't your typical "take notes and send reports" account management role. You'll be hands-on with campaign strategy, diving deep into performance data, and having real influence over client success.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Managing end-to-end client relationships across multiple digital marketing channels
  • Developing and presenting strategic recommendations based on performance insights
  • Coordinating with specialist teams to deliver integrated SEO, Paid Social, Paid Search, and email campaigns
  • Analysing campaign performance and translating data into actionable client communications
  • Managing project timelines, budgets, and deliverables with precision
  • Identifying growth opportunities and upselling strategic initiatives
  • Being the client's trusted advisor and primary point of contact

Who You Are

You\'re someone with 3+ years of digital marketing agency experience who thrives in a fast-paced, results-driven environment, with solid knowledge across Google Ads, Meta, SEO, and email marketing platforms. More importantly, you enjoy speaking with people and using your creativity and care to solve interesting problems, while keeping internal teams grounded, aligned and motivated. If you\'re curious, proactive, and slightly obsessed with performance, and care about driving client success and aren\'t afraid to challenge strategies when you spot opportunities, you should apply
