Job Title

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Workshop Operations Manager to lead our team in delivering high-quality results.

About the Opportunity

This is a full-time position that involves coordinating and supervising all workshop activities, ensuring efficient day-to-day operations. You will oversee assembly tasks, contribute to the development and continuous improvement of workshop plans, and maintain standard work procedures and templates to drive performance and quality across the team.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and supervise workshop activities to ensure efficient operations
  • Oversight of repair, maintenance, and fault diagnostic work on heavy-duty plant equipment
  • Conduct job safety audits and customer machine audits
  • Pre-delivery coordination of new units
  • Project monitoring to ensure compliance with costing and time schedules
About You

We are looking for a local candidate with relevant trade qualifications and experience. You will have exposure to mine site operations and a sound understanding of mining processes, maintenance work management processes, and process improvement. You should have a strong and proven safety culture, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a strong customer service focus.
