Overview

F&B and Event Service Expert - Allegro Restaurant AM at The Westin Melbourne. This part-time role focuses on restaurant service, guest wellbeing, and event-related service within the Allegro Restaurant AM and The Westin Melbourne property.

Responsibilities
  • Rise with us and assist with the restaurant service period, tending to the guests and exceeding their expectations
  • With a focus on our guest's overall wellbeing, engage and inspire guests throughout the complete food and beverage experience
  • Maintain outlet cleanliness and ensure all checklists are completed daily with a focus on attention to detail
  • Understand guest requirements and deliver service excellence with each customer experience
  • Support the Food and Beverage team in general operational tasks
  • Build and strengthen relationships with existing and new guests, creating intimate and distinctive experiences to enable future bookings
About You / Qualifications
  • An up-to-date RSA
  • Able to work AM shifts and minimum 3 shifts a week
  • Basic wine knowledge
  • Relevant experience in a similar role
  • Working rights in Australia
  • Enthusiastic to escalate your career
  • Self-motivated, driven and energized in a fast-paced environment
  • Armed with smart solutions and a can-do attitude
