We have a fantastic opportunity for a Product Manager to join our Group Insurance business, reporting to the Head of Product & Proposition, Group Life. The Product Manager is responsible for designing, developing, and managing insurance products for Zurich's superannuation fund partners and occasionally corporate insurance products.

Key duties include creating product solutions, maintaining product roadmaps, supporting go-to-market activities, and assisting with tenders, sales, and retention efforts. The role involves conducting market research, analysing competitor activity, and understanding partner needs to inform product strategy and pricing. The Product Manager manages a prioritised client pipeline, supports team members when needed, and builds strong client relationships as the main contact for product-related matters. They monitor industry trends, ensure regulatory compliance, and contribute to broader Group Insurance or Product chapter projects as required.

• Proven experience in customer-focused product innovation and management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently to meet deadlines.
