Are you passionate about delivering excellent customer service and supporting a high-performing team? Our client is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Customer Service Specialist to join their dynamic team in Port Melbourne.

Our client is seeking a key point of contact for their customers, you'll play a vital role in ensuring orders, enquiries and requests are handled efficiently and professionally, supporting both internal teams and external stakeholders in Port Melbourne. (Please note our client is moving to Truganina in the new year).

What You'll Be Doing

  • Accurately process customer orders and respond to sales enquiries via email and phone
  • Provide friendly and professional service to all customers and visitors
  • Resolve customer complaints, escalating where required
  • Coordinate with finance to monitor overdue accounts
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and order transactions
  • Provide pricing information securely via email
  • Support event coordination and training sessions
  • Collaborate with internal departments and external sales staff

What We're Looking For
  • Experience in customer service or administration
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • High attention to detail and accurate data entry skills
  • Confident working with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and internal systems
  • Friendly phone manner, patience, and empathy
  • Self-motivated with the ability to manage tasks independently or within a team
  • Organised, reliable, and solutions-focused
