The Impact You'll Make
We're looking for a Customer Service Specialist who's passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences. From initial enquiry to on-time delivery, you'll play a key role in supporting our customers and ensuring their satisfaction every step of the way.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Serve as the primary contact for pricing, order status and delivery enquiries.
  • Support the customer base with quoting and product selection.
  • Manage sales orders from order entry through to delivery.
  • Support customers with any product returns.
  • Support the sales teams and your teammates with sales enquiries.
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives.

What We're Looking For
  • Experience in a sales support or customer service role within manufacturing/distribution
  • Familiarity with SAP and Salesforce
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • A passion for delivering excellent service – especially over the phone
  • Ability to handle high volumes and multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • A basic understanding of supply chain processes
  • A background in electrical engineering or mechatronics (preferred but not essential)
