We are seeking a proactive and experienced Office Manager to help support and streamline our growing operations.

Position Title: Office Manager

Role Summary
As the Office Manager at Housemark, you will play a key role in maintaining the day-to-day administrative and operational functions of our office. You will support our property management team by ensuring internal processes run efficiently and staff are well-coordinated to deliver top-tier service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily office operations to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow

• Manage administrative duties including calendar management, internal communications, and records maintenance

• Supervise office staff, assign daily tasks, and ensure productivity standards are met

• Maintain office supplies and manage relationships with equipment/service providers

• Develop and enforce office policies and procedures in alignment with company goals

• Coordinate with external vendors, trades, and service partners as required for operational needs

• Assist with financial administration such as preparing budgets, reports, and tracking expenses

• Ensure compliance with company procedures, tenancy laws, and workplace regulations

• Support HR processes such as onboarding, staff induction, and general personnel documentation

• Promote a positive and collaborative office environment and assist in resolving any workplace issues

Required Skills & Experience:

• Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience in office administration or management (experience in real estate/property management is a plus)

• Strong organisational and multitasking skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and property management software systems (e.g., PropertyMe or similar)

• Ability to work independently and show initiative

• High attention to detail and ability to problem-solve
