We are seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Development Compliance Officer to help ensure planning control is upheld and development is delivered responsibly.
Responsibilities- Apply advanced professional compliance and development knowledge and technical expertise to deliver evidence-based, professional, objective, investigative and assessment services relating to planning and building regulations, including unauthorised development and non-compliance with planning approvals.
- Support both Management and the Development Compliance Team by delivering high-quality compliance services.
- Provide training, coaching, and mentoring to enhance the team's skills and promote CN's compliance processes as customer-focused and best practices.
- Extensive knowledge of planning and building regulations and compliance processes.
- Experience in investigation, assessment, and reporting related to planning outcomes.
- 35-hour working week with flexible/hybrid work arrangements and optional 9-day fortnight
- 4 weeks of annual leave, 3 weeks of personal leave plus 2 additional paid public holidays
- 17.5% annual leave loading

Remuneration: $107,672.94 + 17.5% annual leave loading + 12% superannuation per annum for a 35-hour week
