Account Director | Integrated creative agency | 100-115k inc

This is a rare opportunity to join a stellar agency known for its award-winning creative work. The role will suit an Account Director with 6-12 months experience at this level to work across two iconic 'challenger' brands within a large team.

About the role:

  • Account Director ready for a new challenge or further growth
  • Experience running multi-channel integrated projects
  • Experience working on (ideally) large blue-chip brands with a complex stakeholder environment
  • Run medium projects autonomously and support/ be mentored by a SAD or GAD on larger ones
  • Lead and mentor an Account Manager
  • Develop strong internal relationships across multidisciplinary teams to co-ordinate projects through the agency
  • Champion the creative work, developing a strong partnership with Creatives
  • Experience with complex productions ideal

About the candidate:

  • Integrated agency experience on large sized accounts with ideally 7-9 years industry experience
  • Experience working on integrated channels and ideally loyalty programme experience
  • Experience leading projects autonomously
  • Passionate about the creative product and confident in selling ideas
  • Down to earth approach, smart with plenty of initiative
  • Enjoy leading and mentoring juniors
