We're looking for an experienced Account Director to join our team and lead high-impact retail marketing initiatives across in-store and experiential environments.This is a pivotal role where you'll partner closely with clients and internal teams to deliver best-in-class campaigns that drive footfall, engagement, and brand love.

What you'll be doingLead strategic retail projects and campaigns across multiple channels, from concept to execution.Build strong relationships with clients, becoming a trusted advisor on all things retail marketing.Oversee day-to-day account management, ensuring work is delivered on brief, on time, and on budget.Collaborate with creative, production, digital, and strategy teams to bring ideas to life.Guide and mentor junior team members, fostering a positive and high-performance culture.Report on campaign performance and identify opportunities for growth and improvement.

About you Proven experience as a Senior Account Manager or Account Director within an agency environment, ideally with strong retail exposure. Deep understanding of the retail landscape and shopper marketing. Confident client lead, skilled in managing complex projects and multiple stakeholders. Commercially minded, with a focus on driving results and adding strategic value. Excellent communication and presentation skills. A collaborative leader who enjoys mentoring teams and growing client partnerships.
