Job Description

  • Provide comprehensive legal advice in relation to Wills and Estates matters (wills, trusts, probate, administration).
  • Prepare and review legal documentation to a high standard.
  • Advocate for clients' interests in court proceedings when necessary.
  • Manage a diverse caseload while maintaining high levels of client service.
  • Contribute to the development of the firm's Wills and Estates practice.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of developments in Wills and Estates law.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to provide holistic services to clients.
  • Uphold the firm's values and professional standards at all times.

The Successful Applicant

The successful 'Lawyer/Associate in Wills and Estates' will have:

  • A degree in Law and admission to practice in ACT.
  • 1-4 years PQE.
  • Experience in the field of Wills and Estates.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A commitment to providing high-quality client service.
  • The ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • High levels of attention to detail and accuracy in legal work.
