We're looking for a dynamic and experienced Team Leader Service Management to join our team

You'll administer ServiceNow as our core platform, identify and implement innovative tools, processes, and strategies to streamline operations, improve efficiency, and deliver an exceptional user experience across the organisation.

As Team Leader Service Management, you'll work with a team of service management professionals, guiding the enhancement and continuous improvement of our internal service management systems.

This is a full-time permanent position. This process may be used to fill future similar permanent or fixed-term positions that may arise within the Department and across the WA public sector in the next 12 months from the initial date of appointment.

Our Perth office is located in the Perth CBD in a convenient location, above the Perth Underground rail; close to the Wellington Street Bus Station and City CAT services.

• Experience administering and supporting the ServiceNow platform, including an understanding of configuration, automation, and platform design principles.
• Extensive knowledge of current and emerging trends in ICT service management.
• Experience in developing, promoting and delivering ICT service management, ensuring value for business, stakeholders and broader community.
• Demonstrate the behaviours within the leadership context as outlined below.

• Core leadership behaviours outlined in Leadership Expectations are applicable to this role and should be demonstrated in the context of Personal Leadership. The Personal Leadership context is about the work of individuals not yet in traditional leadership positions who make a direct and immediate difference to the agency.
