Responsibilities

Mater Private Hospital Townsville are seeking experience Registered Nurses to step up into an After Hours Nurse Manager role. This is a casual opportunity with will require flexibility to work across a variety of shifts. This role will predominantly be covering night shifts from 2130 - 0730.

This position would suit a highly skilled Registered Nurse, who is ready to take the step in their career. This role requires a high attention to detail and someone who is comfortable in leading and managing the daily operation within a team.

The After Hours Nurse Manager will be responsible for the safe, efficient and effective leadership and management of the facility after business hours. The After Hours Nurse Manager will be responsible for patient outcomes. Provides leadership and oversight to clinical areas outside business hours.
