Summary of Position
We are seeking an experienced Community Manager to lead the strategic, operational, and clinical delivery of in-home nursing services across Melbourne. This role is ideal for a dynamic leader who thrives on driving clinical excellence, leading high-performing teams, and ensuring person-centred, safe, and effective care. You will play a key role in governance, compliance, service quality, and workforce capability while also supporting growth and sustainability within the division.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide strong leadership in clinical governance, ensuring services meet the highest quality and safety standards.
  • Oversee compliance with the Aged Care Act and all relevant aged care standards, policies, and procedures.
  • Lead and support Clinical Leads and nursing teams in the safe delivery of complex clinical interventions.
  • Drive continuous improvement through data analysis, audits, and risk management processes.
  • Foster a culture of learning, development, and reflective practice across the nursing workforce.
  • Develop and implement operational and business strategies that support sustainable growth and high-quality service delivery.
  • Lead workforce planning, recruitment, and performance management to ensure a skilled and motivated team.
Key Requirements
  • Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
  • Extensive experience in community nursing and aged care.
  • Experience in business development & stakeholder engagement.
  • Proven leadership and management experience.
  • Strong knowledge of aged care legislation, accreditation, and quality standards.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage clinical risk, governance, and compliance.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
  • Current Police Check and unrestricted working rights in Australia.
