Responsibilities
  • Assist the Store Manager to help the store reach its full sales potential, operate smoothly, and create a positive, engaging work environment.
  • Lead by example in customer service, delegation, and team development.
  • Support operational functions, including merchandising, stock control, loss prevention, and performance reporting.

Qualifications & Requirements
  • Retail management or leadership experience with a focus on exceptional customer service.
  • Ability to motivate, inspire, and develop a high-performing team.
  • Willingness to learn all aspects of automotive retail; customer and product knowledge as applicable.
  • Operational know-how in visual merchandising, stock control, loss prevention, and performance reporting.
  • Commitment to safety and WHS program compliance for a safe work environment.
