Job Description
  • Support thedevelopment and implementation of HR initiatives andsystems to streamline HR processes, including recruitment,contracting, onboarding, offboarding, induction, training,performance management.
  • Provide counseling onpolicies and procedures relating to HR
  • Be actively involved inrecruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads andmanaging the hiring process through to second interviewincluding conducting qualifying interviews and testing
  • Developtraining and development programs.
  • Assist in performancemanagement processes
  • Support the management ofdisciplinary and grievance issues.
  • Maintain employee recordsaccording to policy and legal requirements.
  • Review employment andworking conditions and rates to ensure legal compliance.
  • Workwith the intake and asset management to ensure all employeeneeds are met from an access and equipmentperspective
  • Workwith compliance to ensure all NDIS regulations are met froman employee management perspective
Requirements
  • Experience in anHR officer,administratororother HRposition
  • Knowledge of HR functions (pay &benefits, recruitment, training & development etc.)
  • Understanding of labour laws anddisciplinary procedures
  • Proficient in MSOffice
  • Outstanding organizational andtime-management abilities
  • Excellent communicationand interpersonal skills
  • Problem-solving anddecision-making aptitude
  • Strong ethics andreliability
  • BSc/BAin business administration, social studies or relevantfield; further training will be a plus
