Swiggy Instamart is building the convenience grocery segment in India. We offer more than 2500 items to our customers within 10-15 mins. We are hiring for the role of Senior Executive - Relationship & Business Performance for the City Business Operations team.

Responsibilities

• Recommend and advise on best practices for picking and packing to improve Customer Experience (CX).
• Advise partner stores on mechanisms/processes to ensure correct picking, packing, and billing of CX orders using appropriate tools and dashboards.
• Guide partners on proper usage of dashboards and portals to prevent inaccuracies affecting CX.
• Assess the quality of Pods in terms of cleanliness, hygiene, and DE issues, and suggest measures to enhance smooth operations and better CX.
• Advise partner stores on speed perception and order fulfillment, recommending best practices to improve CX.
• Provide recommendations for continuous improvement in delivering optimal CX metrics.
• Suggest training measures required to improve CX metrics.
• Recommend measures to handle demand pattern changes, holiday spikes, and peak seasons to prevent CX impact.

Qualifications

• Graduate or 3-5 years of retail management experience.
• Must have led 15+ employees in retail or store settings.
• Strong problem-solving and data-driven decision-making skills.
• Ability to adapt to dynamic situations.
• Experience in retail, FMCG, or quick commerce industry.
