Responsibilities
  • Processing payments, invoicing, reconciliations; ensure accuracy and timeliness.
  • Maintain effective communication with clients and internal teams.
  • Support debt collection activities and cashflow management.
  • Identify process improvements and contribute to finance operations.

Qualifications
  • At least three years' experience in accounts receivable or finance.
  • Proficient in MYOB, Excel and bank reconciliations.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and focused on accuracy.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication; able to liaise with clients, banks, and colleagues.
  • Proactive, reliable, and collaborative team player.
