The role

Reporting to the senior adviser and working with supporting teams, this role will include liaising with clients and prospects, supporting the adviser with preparation for review and advice meetings, attendance in client meetings and developing skills on the path to becoming a financial planner.

The role will encompass the following responsibilities:

Prospecting and supporting senior adviser in vetting new leads and booking initial appointments.

Support in the development and presentation of comprehensive financial plans tailored to individual client needs and goals.

Facilitate the advice process between adviser, paraplanning and customer service teams.

Maintain up to date client information in our database.

Attendance in client appointments to eventually being able to provide advice to existing and new clients.

Maintain CPD points and stay updated across industry trends, product knowledge and advice strategies.

Develop the skills and attributes to become a financial planner and ultimately manage a personal book of clients.

Other duties as requested.

About you

To succeed with this role you will possess the following attributes:

Completed or on the path to completion of a relevant tertiary qualification and be RG146 compliant.

Self-driven but also the ability to work well within a team environment.

Well presented with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritise tasks effectively.

A passion for customer service and working directly with clients.

A high level of integrity, professionalism, and discretion when handling client information.

Eagerness to learn and to develop a career in financial planning.
