What role will you play?

As a Senior Manager, you will define and design robust controls, embed Cyber Security standards, and establish structured governance practices. You will support and execute initiatives across multiple work-streams, managing diverse stakeholders from technology, risk management, and Macquarie business operations.

What you offer
  • 10+ years' experience leading functions in technology, cyber security, engineering, or related technical domains.
  • Experience designing and testing technology risk controls through regulatory, assurance, audits, and IT security reviews.
  • Experience operationalising security risk frameworks and implementing technical controls.
  • Delivery experience from large-scale transformation initiatives in technology, cyber, or digital domains.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical information into business language and produce high-quality artefacts.
  • Proven ability to navigate ambiguity and demonstrate resilience.
  • Ability to prioritize work and perform under pressure in a dynamic environment.
