Join our Cyber Security division leading the control and governance function to support the next generation transformation program for identity management capabilities. This is a multi-year technology program supporting Cyber Security drive industry leading cyber and technology innovation.

What role will you play?

As a Senior Manager you will play a vital role in defining and designing robust controls, embedding Cyber Security standards and establishing structured governance practices. You will be making an impact by supporting and executing alongside multiple work-streams and managing diverse stakeholders representing technology, risk management and Macquarie business operations.

What You Offer

• 10+ years' experience leading functions in technology, cyber security, engineering or another technical domain.
• Experience designing and testing Technology risk controls through regulatory, assurance, audits, IT security reviews
• Experience operationalising, designing security risk frameworks and implementing technical controls
• Delivery experience gained from complex, large-scale transformation change initiatives in a technology, cyber or digital transformation
• Excellent communications skills and the ability to understand abstract technical information and transform into commonly understood business language, along with production of high-quality artefacts
• Proven ability to navigate ambiguity and demonstrate resilience
• Ability to drive and prioritise your own work and be able to work under pressure in a rapidly changing environment.
