Join the Cash & Transactional Banking (CTB) Line of Business as a Senior Manager, Product Governance. This role is focused on ensuring strong product oversight and governance across everyday banking products, in line with Westpac's Product and Services Lifecycle (PSL) policy.
You'll lead the coordination of governance forums, manage product reviews, and monitor centralised controls such as retail run plans and business continuity. This is a hands-on role suited to someone with a strong background in financial services, product governance, and regulatory understanding. This is a Permanent fulltime based in Sydney with flexible hybrid working arrangements available.
- Lead product governance across everyday banking products within the CTB Line of Business
- Manage governance forums and controls to ensure compliance with lifecycle policy
- Work in a high-impact role with strong visibility across product, operations, and regulatory teams

What do I need?We're looking for someone who brings:
- Experience in product governance, ideally within financial services
- Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks and lifecycle policy compliance
- Proven ability to manage governance forums, including terms of reference, minutes, and actions
- Background in change management or product delivery with a governance lens
- Excellent planning, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
- A proactive mindset with the ability to challenge processes and drive simplification
