Bendigo, Victoria, Australia Sculptform Full time

Be Part of Something Bigger – From Right Here in Bendigo

If you're hungry to grow, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and want to contribute to projects seen across the world—this role is for you.

At Sculptform, we partner with the world's leading architects to turn extraordinary designs into reality. From our Bendigo headquarters, we help bring to life landmark architectural spaces—stadiums, cultural icons, and cutting-edge buildings—across the globe.

We're looking for an energetic Sales & Project Coordinator to join our close-knit team and play a key role in our growth story. You'll be the first point of contact for architects and designers, building real relationships and driving early-stage project engagement.

What You'll Do:

• Own the lead process – Proactively follow up with inbound contact leads and turn them into live project opportunities.

• Build real connections – Guide architects and specifiers as they design with our products.

• Drive momentum – Track every interaction, follow through, and keep information up to date in our CRM.

• Be a product expert – Develop hands-on knowledge of our award-winning systems and how they're used around the world.

Who You Are:

You thrive in a high-energy environment, love picking up the phone, and get a buzz from turning leads into wins. You're proactive, organised, and bring a sense of urgency to everything you do.

You'll bring:

• A team-first mindset with a competitive edge

• Confidence in speaking with people—especially over the phone

• Strong attention to detail and follow-through

• CRM and admin skills (HubSpot/Salesforce experience a plus)

• A genuine interest in architecture, design, or construction (or eagerness to learn)

Why Sculptform?

We're not just another company—we're building a brand that stands out in the design world, and we want you on the journey with us.

Here's what you'll get:

• Competitive salary + company-wide profit-sharing bonuses

• Exposure to global architectural firms and high-profile projects

• Free daily morning tea + on-site barista coffee

• Bendigo-based role – no Melbourne commute

• Career development and the chance to make your mark

• Free on-site parking and a supportive, high-performing team

What's Next?

We take our recruitment seriously because our people are the key to our success.

Shortlisted candidates will be invited to two interviews and asked to provide references.

To apply, submit your resume and a short cover letter via SEEK.

Let's build something extraordinary—together.
