An exciting opportunity is currently available for experienced Enrolled Nurses Advanced Skills to join the Operating Theatre Team at the Bundaberg Hospital within the Wide Bay Hospital and Health Service. The Wide Bay area is arguably one of the most beautiful regions of Queensland. The Health Service stretches from Agnes Water in the North to Maryborough in the South and provides acute care services to a population of over 225,000 residents including several rural communities.

Your opportunity:

  • The Enrolled Nurse Advanced Skills (ENAS) practices under the direct or indirect supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN) providing clinical and patient-centred care within the Operating Theatre. The EN utilises their knowledge, skill and competence to effectively develop, provide and evaluate patient care, whilst maintaining regular communication and assistance from the RN.

Permanent Full Time (76 hours p.f.) and Permanent Part Time Positions (hours negotiable)

Our offer:

You will receive a competitive remuneration package value up to $94,242 p.a., comprising salary between $77,840 - $82,599 p.a. (f/t) or salary rates between $39.26 - $41.66 p.h. (p/t), employer contribution to superannuation (up to 12.75%) and annual leave loading (17.5%) (Nurse Grade 4) (Permanent Full Time, 76 hours p.f. and Permanent Part Time Positions, hours negotiable) (Applications will remain current for 12 months).
