The Real Estate Investment Specialist will provide expert financial guidance in wealth management and property investment. This role involves evaluating clients' financial situations, risk tolerance, and investment objectives, as well as recommending and implementing tailored investment strategies. The specialist will actively monitor and manage client portfolios, offering continuous support and communication to keep clients updated on their investment progress. Staying informed about market trends, regulations, and relevant information in wealth management and property investment is essential. The ideal candidate should possess a solid understanding of financial markets and investment strategies, along with strong communication and interpersonal

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate clients' financial situations, risk tolerance, and investment goals
  • Recommend and implement investment strategies aligned with clients' objectives
  • Monitor and manage client investment portfolios
  • Provide ongoing advice and support to clients
  • Maintain regular communication with clients to update them on investment progress
  • Stay current on market trends, regulations, and information related to wealth management and property investment
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Achieve performance and revenue targets set by the company
  • Identify new business opportunities and grow the client base
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal policies

Qualifications

  • Relevant tertiary qualification in finance, business, real estate, or related discipline
  • Professional accreditation in financial planning or property investment (highly regarded)
  • Several years of proven experience in investment advisory, real estate project marketing, and sales
  • Demonstrated success in building client relationships and achieving performance targets
  • Strong understanding of financial markets, wealth management principles, and property investment strategies
  • Familiarity with industry regulations and compliance requirements
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and analytical skills
  • Ability to provide clear, tailored advice to clients
  • Proficiency in CRM systems, financial analysis tools, and digital marketing platforms
  • Professionalism, integrity, and discretion in handling client information
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
  • Proactive and entrepreneurial approach to identifying opportunities and driving growth
  • Flexibility to attend client meetings, property launches, and stay updated on market trends
