Introducing 25hours Hotel The Olympia, opening in the vibrant Sydney suburb of Paddington. Housed within the iconic West Olympia Theatre, the hotel features 109 rooms, multiple dining spaces including The Palomar restaurant, Jacob the Angel café, and Monica, the roof-top bar. A new era awaits at 25hours Hotel The Olympia which will shape and transform the local hospitality scene, welcoming a vibrant and diverse team, bringing its vision to life.

We are looking for talent to join our pre-opening team and be part of our culture and community. We're not looking for perfect resumes, we're looking for real people. Our cocktail bartenders will show us their creative visions through taste, visuals, and flavour.

This is your daily contribution to turn our beverage experience into something exceptional...

• You'll start each shift with a fully stocked bar and close like a pro;
• You'll take care of our guests – hand in glove with your colleagues, from early till late;
• You'll chat, charm, and remember our guests favourite orders to win them over and bring them back time and time again;
• You'll hold your own when it gets busy, stay cool under pressure, and keep the good vibes flowing;
• Serve up unforgettable drinks and bring to life the creativity 25hours is known for.
  
  

Qualifications

We are looking for you – with personality and that certain something …

• You have at least two years of bartending experience in large Food & Beverage operations within premium and luxury establishments;
• You're familiar with the Sydney market;
• You possess a high level of written and spoken Business English;
• You have strong creative and design skills, with the ability to bring fresh ideas to life.
