Georges River 16ft Sailing Club is making a big return this September – refreshed, reimagined, and ready to welcome the community back to the waterfront. We're on the lookout for passionate, reliable bartenders who thrive in fast-paced environments and love delivering great service with a smile.

As part of the Alt. Hospitality Group, you'll be joining a team that values energy, professionalism, and a customer-first approach.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

Preparing and serving a range of beverages – from crisp beers to classic cocktails

Delivering friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable service at all times

Keeping the bar area clean, stocked, and organised

Following RSA requirements and promoting responsible service

Operating the POS system accurately for orders and payments

Assisting with bar opening, closing, and restocking

Supporting your team during busy service periods

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

RSA and RCG

Minimum 1 year bar or hospitality experience

Strong communication and a proactive, team-focused mindset

Ability to stay calm under pressure and deliver quality service

Flexible availability – especially evenings and weekends

A positive attitude and genuine interest in hospitality
