We are looking for Care Support Workers to join our fantastic team, providing outstanding services and quality care at our City Beach location.

Closing Date: 18th July, 2025

Are you ready to make a difference as a Care Support Worker? This role offers an opportunity to impact the lives of those living with neurological conditions, such as MS, Parkinson's, Huntington's, Motor Neurone Disease, Acquired Brain Injury, and Stroke. Our City Beach Respite Accommodation provides a warm, homely, and friendly environment for clients who typically stay for one or two weeks to rest and recover.

How you can make a difference every day:

  • Providing personal care (e.g., showering and dressing) to promote health and well-being.
  • Medication administration and assistance.
  • Meal preparation and other household duties.
  • Following individualized care plans to meet each client's unique needs and helping them achieve their goals.

Our 'must haves':

  • NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain).
  • Provide First Aid certificate – less than 12 months old (we can assist if needed).

Our 'nice to haves':

  • Experience in disability or aged care support roles.
  • A positive attitude.
  • A Certificate III in a relevant discipline.
