We are seeking a skilled Head Chef to lead our kitchen.

Schedule: Monday to Friday.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead, inspire, and mentor a team
  2. Develop and implement seasonal menus and specials
  3. Ensure consistency, presentation, and excellence across all dishes
  4. Control - ordering, stock management, and cost control
  5. Maintain compliance with food safety and OH&S standards

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Minimum 4 years experience in a Head Chef role
  • Knowledge of flavors and creating great tasting food
  • Strong team leadership and communication skills
  • Creativity and confidence in menu development
  • Calm, professional, and effective communicator under pressure
  • Ability to set the flow of service and increase speed when demand rises
  • Clear communication and composure with FOH
  • Effective time management balancing prep and service
  • Ability to coordinate dish timing for service

What We Offer:

  • Salary package of $80,000–85,000 + super
  • Monday–Friday schedule with no nights, weekends, or public holidays
