About the Role:
Working as a Business Development Manager within our established team, you have the potential to earn over 10k each month (totally uncapped earning potential). You will have access to our existing 1200 Landlords as well as an open database which has been growing for the 30 plus years Coronis has been in business. While you will be required to generate new business by prospecting, your task will be made easier by building strong internal relations where leads will fall on your lap. With Sales Agents, Property Managers, and Mortgage Brokers working in the office, you will be able to leverage off your team's activity and create a win/win environment for yourself, your team, and the business.
Some of the role highlights include:
- A truly uncapped earning potential - If you can bring in 10 new managements per month you will earn $120k (if you bring in more than 10 you earn more).
- Access to an Open Database as well as qualified lead generation.
- Leverage off an existing rent roll of approximately 1200 and nine sales agents who are selling over three homes per month.
- Work in a Team environment where everyone understands the more we work together the more we all succeed.
- Work under a great leadership team who genuinely care about you and whose only job is to help their team achieve their goals.
- Access to award-winning training processes and industry-leading tech stack.
- Work with a Property Management team with World's Best Practice results in customer service.
About You:
As an experienced Business Development Manager, you will understand the key to your success revolves around creating lasting relationships and delivering great customer service. Combining your desire to help people with your personal earning goals, you will be willing to conduct the prospecting activities which will lead to your success. Having worked in prospecting environments before, the company generated leads and internal relationship-driven success, you should be excited by seeing an easier (not easy) way of achieving your financial goals.
