Marketing Project Manager

Role Overview

We're looking for an in-person, full-time Marketing Coordinator who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can manage multiple clients, team deliverables, and communications. You'll be responsible for coordinating between clients and internal team members to ensure tasks and campaigns are executed on time, on brand, and on strategy.

Key Responsibilities

Project & Task Management

• Coordinate day-to-day marketing tasks and campaign timelines using ClickUp, Monday.com, or similar project management tools
• Create, assign, and track tasks to ensure deadlines and client expectations are met
• Maintain clear, organised records of deliverables, priorities, and updates
• Work closely with creatives, media buyers, content producers, and other team members to push campaigns forward
• Follow up on tasks, help resolve bottlenecks, and support cross-functional teamwork

Client Communication

• Manage a portfolio of 10–15 clients and act as the main contact for campaign updates and execution
• Run regular client meetings or check-ins to present updates, collect feedback, and align on priorities
• Ensure all communication is professional, clear, and adds value to the client relationship

Campaign Coordination

• Monitor progress across campaigns (ads, content, branding, etc.) and report on task status and milestones
• Assist in preparing performance summaries, timelines, and client-ready reports

Ideal Candidate - Experience: 1–2 years in a marketing, admin, coordination, or agency environment

Skills

• Familiarity with ClickUp, Monday.com, Trello, Asana, or similar tools
• Exceptional organisational and communication skills
• Confidence in managing multiple moving parts and meeting deadlines
• Traits: Detail-oriented, proactive, reliable, and client-focused

Salary range: 50-65k per year.
