Role Description

This full-time on-site role for a Dermal Therapist is located in the Balmain and Mosman Area. The Dermal Therapist will be responsible for performing a variety of skin treatments, including facials, laser therapies, and other aesthetic procedures. They will consult with clients to develop personalised treatment plans and provide education on skincare and post-treatment care. The role also involves maintaining a clean and sterile environment, recording client treatments and progress, and staying updated with industry advancements and technologies.

Responsibilities
  • Perform a variety of skin treatments, including facials, laser therapies, and other aesthetic procedures.
  • Consult with clients to develop personalised treatment plans.
  • Provide education on skincare and post-treatment care.
  • Maintain a clean and sterile environment.
  • Record client treatments and progress and stay updated with industry advancements and technologies.
Qualifications
  • Experience with skin treatments such as facials, laser therapies, and other aesthetic procedures
  • Skills in client consultation and developing personalised treatment plans
  • Knowledge of skincare and post-treatment care
  • Ability to maintain a clean and sterile environment
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Attention to detail and strong organisational skills
  • Certification or diploma in Dermal Therapy or a related field
  • Experience in the aesthetics industry is a plus
  • Commitment to continuous learning and professional development
